Roger, who studied history at Oxford University, qualified as a chartered accountant in the UK in 1977 and again in Canada in 1981.
After 9 years with Peat Marwick (KPMG) in London, Calgary and Toronto, and 5 years with Laventhol & Horwath (which merged with Price Waterhouse in 1990), Roger established his own practice in 1991 with the mission of bringing his big firm experience to smaller and medium sized clients.
He is currently the treasurer of the North York Chartered Accountants Association and the Oxford & Cambridge Society of Toronto, and is a member of the editorial advisory board of The Jewish Tribune.
In his spare time, Roger enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and following the fortunes of Tottenham Hotspur.

Gail has been with Chaplin & Co, since 1997 after spending twelve years with mid-sized accounting firms. As a partner, Gail provides assurance, accounting and business advisory services to a wide variety of owner-managed business and not-for-profit organizations.
With over 29 years of experience, Gail provides clients with a hands-on approach to meet their needs and to provide a high level of service. She joined the firm in 1997 and became a partner in 2000.
